Panasonic has confirmed availability and pricing for their AG-AF100 Micro Four Thirds HD camcorder, announced back in mid-September and capable of recording full 1080p and 720p HD using a range of micro 4/3-inch lenses, filters and adapters.  The AG-AF100 (and, we're guessing, its AF105 Japanese sibling) will drop on December 27 2010, priced at $4,995. It's been a few months since Panasonic teased us with their Micro Four Thirds camcorder, the AF100, and they've only just got around to officially announcing the thing.  The AF100 - or its AF105 Japanese sibling - can use standard DSLR and MFT lenses or, with an adapter, cinema and prime lenses, shooting up to 1080/24p 24Mbps video to a pair of SD/SDHC/SDXC cards. An interesting new product has turned up from a company called TV1 GmbH called the miniCASTER that will allow the user to stream live video from any camera to the internet. The device is sized to be portable and can be carried in a pocket. Video can be streamed in HD quality. Read The Full Story

JVC PICSIO GC-WP10 and GC-FM2 Review
