This week the folks at ASUS have shown off a computer that you may feel that you've seen before - it's part of a new wave of all-in-one machines that's cut down to their most minimal appearance. You've got a display with a flat black bezel and no edge save one metal bottom and the logo ASUS. This machine is the ASUS ET2321 and it's headed to the market with 4th generation Intel Core processor technology soon.

Back in late September AMD went official with its new Radeon R9 and R7 video cards. Yesterday AMD offered up specifications on several R7 GPUs including pricing and more. Since AMD has multiple card partners and most partners use the same basic hardware, a lot of companies try to set themselves apart with various clock speeds and custom cooling solutions. Chrome OS expands with ASUS and Toshiba: Acer, HP also onboard with Haswell

This week the folks at Google have successfully teamed up with ASUS and Toshiba to make the number of top-tier manufacturers working with Chrome OS reach a cool six. New products announced this week with Intel's 4th Generation Haswell processor technology (so far) include a new ASUS Chromebox, an unnamed Toshiba Chromebook, HP Chromebook14, and another new Acer Chromebook. This relative gush of devices is a good sign that Google's prediction of the long-lasting nature of Chrome OS, the web-based OS, will be around for the foreseeable future.

AT&T ASUS MeMO Pad FHD LTE 10.1 is carrier/OEM first with Android

This week AT&T is adding a whole pile of devices to their ranks with several smartphones, a smartwatch, and none other than the ASUS MeMO Pad FHD LTE 10.1. This device is the first time the carrier has officially carried an ASUS tablet, and it's certainly a decent one: with a 10.1-inch Full HD display (that's 1920 x 1200 pixels across its face) and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean under the hood, you've got one of the most smooth devices on the market today. While we'd certainly rather be rolling with the slightly more powerful ASUS Tranformer Infinity with it's NVIDIA Tegra 4 quad-core SoC, this tablet runs with one that's certainly tried and true: the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core SoC.
