Welcome to Tuesday evening everyone. We had a pretty big day, what with the reveal of the HTC DROID DNA and all. HTC announced that the DROID DNA will be arriving at Verizon on November 21, and we even managed to go hands-on with the device and its wireless charging dock. Of course, today was also the day that the Nexus 4 and the Nexus 10 became available on the Google Play Store. All but the 16GB Nexus 10 sold through pretty quickly, so we hope you got your hands on the device you wanted before Google put up the out of stock notices. Read The Full Story

ASUS VivoTab RT arrives at AT&T on November 16

Those considering the ASUS VivoTab RT might be pleased to know that it has finally be given an AT&T release date. The new Windows RT tablet will be available at AT&T stores and from AT&T's website starting on November 16, which is this Friday. The tablet will be priced at $499, so you'll be saving a bit of money by going through AT&T, but that low price requires a two-year commitment and that you sign up for a data plan. Nexus 7 with 3G now shipping

The Nexus 7 is arguably one of the best Android tablets out on the market currently, and for a $200 starting price for 16GB, there's not a lot to complain about. However, if you're wanting a Nexus 7 with 3G capabilities and want it unlocked, it's only $100 more. Plus, it comes in a lone 32GB variant with an AT&T SIM card. Read The Full Story

Nexus 7 refund confusion after ASUS’ Play store ineligibility

The refund scheme for Nexus 7 buyers who bought just before Google announced price cuts has taken a confusing turn, with ASUS saying its policy does not cover hardware bought at the Play store. ASUS announced last week that Nexus 7 buyers in Europe who picked up the Android slate prior to October 29 could get a £25/€30 coupon to offset the lowered prices; however, ASUS today clarified that contrary to initial expectations, those who bought their Nexus 7 from Google through the official Play store would not be eligible. Friday is here once again, but before you get too terribly sloshed, be sure you read through our recap of the day's big news! Today we heard that Judge Lucy Koh will examine claims of misconduct on the part of the jury foreman in the Samsung vs. Apple patent trial, and Apple is actually being dragged back to court for a dispute over FaceTime in the iPhone 5 and iPad mini. Speaking of the iPad mini, Apple confirmed today that the LTE iPad minis should be shipping out in the next five days, and the company announced that it will be donating $2.5 million to the Hurricane Sandy recovery effort on behalf of its employees. ASUS giving vouchers to Europeans who bought a Nexus 7 before price drop

If you live in Europe and happened to buy a Nexus 7 right before Google dropped the price, then you might be eligible to receive a €30 voucher from ASUS to make up some of the difference (₤25 voucher for UK users). However, only customers who purchased the device directly from either ASUS or Google are eligible. Read The Full Story

iPad dominance slides as Samsung and Amazon tap tablet sales

Apple’s iPad saw its market share slip more than 15-percent in Q3 2012, according to new research, with Android tablets from Samsung and Amazon clawing away sales amid a growing market overall. While still dominating the tablet market overall, with a 50.4-percent share in Q3 so IDC reports, the iPad faced huge growth from Samsung in particular, which saw a year-on-year increase in market share of 325-percent.

Asus says Nexus 7 sales are close to 1 million per month

The Google Nexus 7 tablet is made by Asus, which is a Taiwanese company. According to an Asus exec, monthly sales of the Android-based tablet are closing in on 1 million units each month. The tablet has a seven-inch screen and a low starting price of $199. Read The Full Story

Kicking things off, we're live at Microsoft Build 2012, bringing you the latest on Windows 8, Surface, and Windows Phone 8. We also went hands-on with the Samsung Nexus 10 and the LG Nexus 4 today, so be sure to check those out if you're thinking about picking up either (or both!) when they launch next month. Today we found out that Disney is buying out LucasFilm and that Star Wars Episode VII is in the works - both of those were major announcements for the millions of Star Wars fans out there. ASUS reports Q3 2012 earnings

ASUS just posted its third quarter earnings for this year, and the company ended up recording its largest quarterly profit in more than four years. During the third quarter, the company earned a net income of $229.1 million, which is up 43% from the same time last year. ASUS posted a total Q3 revenue of $3.8 billion. Read The Full Story

ASUS expands Zenbook lineup with 14- and 15-inch models
