What we've got here is the ASUS Transformer Pad TF300, This 10.1-inch tablet comes with Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich right out of the box, has its own unique keyboard dock (sold separately) and comes in Royal Blue (which we've got here,) Torch Red, and Iceberg White. ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity 700 LTE official [Hands-on]

The ASUS Transformer TF700 that was first shown off at CES is finally official. Coming to market later this year as the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity 700 series. Here at Mobile World Congress 2012 at the ASUS Innovation press conference they are just starting to take the wraps of off what we can expect to see in 2012. Jumping right into the ASUS Padfone running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and its 1.5 GHz Qualcomm S4 processor, with built-in 4G LTE. ASUS renames tablet line to “Transformer Pad” — Announces LTE models

Here at Mobile World Congress the ASUS event was a big one. With tons of new announcements, exciting Tegra 3 tablets not to mention the Padfone and more. Two big changes came from the event. That being the new naming scheme as all tablets will be called "Transformer Pad" and that they'll be releasing a variety of 3G/4G LTE equipped tablets coming as soon as late April.
