, Apr 3rd 2007 Discuss [1]

Looking forward to those lazy summer days? With the Remote-Controlled Floating Serving Tray (a bit of a mouthful isn’t it), you can be even lazier while lounging in your pool or hot tub. It offers all that the name says, because frankly with that long of a name I would hope you covered everything. Read The Full Story

Rocket Fishing Rod-kills fish more efficiently

, Apr 3rd 2007 Discuss [0]

In today’s day and age Mom’s aren’t too keen on giving their kids toy guns. It’s slowly escalated, making the whole thing a bit more paranoid than careful at times. I find it a bit funny that with all of that going on in the world (America especially), someone invented a fishing rod that looks like a bazooka. Read The Full Story

Eskimo Towelclip Radiator-spices up your bathroom

, Apr 3rd 2007 Discuss [0]

I’m sure most of us out there are a sucker for a hot towel straight out of the shower; it’s just so much more snuggly that way. However, lets face it, not all of us can afford such a luxury and we don’t always have the room for some of those clunky towel warmers. Why not buy the slightly eccentric paper clip to heat those fuzzy towels; it’s even sleek enough to fit in the smallest bathrooms. Hey why not treat yourself to something a little frivolous every now and then? Read The Full Story

Boys and their toys-the BBQ Train

, Apr 2nd 2007 Discuss [0]

It would seem that little boys never do get over their obsession with trains, and this would be proof of that. Made by Farmer Grill it measures 103 inches long and the whole shebang come to a total of 560 inches. I’ve heard of having an obsession with your grill but this is taking it a bit far I think. However, I could see how it would be nifty for your restaurant. Read The Full Story

Lighted Compact for those quick touch-ups

, Mar 30th 2007 Discuss [0]

It would seem most girls I know that have that girly streak have some kind of mirror with them. It’s usually some kind of compact that makes you look deformed because it has so much gunk on it. I personally don’t have one in my purse but I have considered it, and this product might make me think even harder about it. This compact has LED lights so you can touchup even in the strangest of situations. Read The Full Story

The Celebrity Scale-which celebrity do you weigh the same as?

, Mar 30th 2007 Discuss [0]

It would seem these days America is having issues with finding that happy-medium with their weight. They are either so obsessed that they become creepy little twigs or don’t care at all, and well, we all know what happens then. Why not add a little humor to the issue; do we have to be serious about it all the time? Check out the Celebrity Scale. Read The Full Story

Recycling, geek style

, Mar 30th 2007 Discuss [0]

In today’s world with smog and the ever growing population we are becoming a little more conscious about the amount of waste we put into the world. We don’t always do something about it, but we at least know it’s a good idea to recycle. Why not recycle your old geeky gadgets, for example, your circuit board? The Circuit Breaker Circuit Board Floor Lamp offers exactly that, a lamp with old recycled circuit boards. Hey, why not be a little geeky about your recycling methods? However, there is a catch, as with all good things it comes at a price, $900 to be exact. Yes, you did read correctly; a lamp made of recycled goods is priced at $900. This is yet another one of those items that was a good idea but they took it a bit too far (about $800 too far). Luckily it’s a fairly basic design and if you have the right friends it would be really simple to make for less than half the price. Light up those circuit boards [via popgadget]

Rock out with the electric violin

, Mar 28th 2007 Discuss [1]

It would seem today is a video day for me, I rarely post any videos but today I found two that I just couldn’t resist writing up. This one features a man in the UK playing the violin. It seems normal enough and even a little dull, however, the guy owns one bad ass violin. You have to take a gander at this one. I apologize in advance; it would seem the camera man has ADD as the cameraman apparently has a wandering eye. [youtube vUO6kYLb6As] Read The Full Story

A Towel the size of a pill

, Mar 28th 2007 Discuss [0]

Tired of those bulky towels? Apparently someone came across some undersized towels that come in pill form, spotted at a Korean restaurant. You have to watch the video to fully understand. [youtube Y2USTuzgW2g] Read The Full Story

The Night Reader Hardcover adds a little finesse to late-night reading

, Mar 28th 2007 Discuss [0]

I think a book light is probably the dorkiest gadget ever. I mean what self-respecting person would be seen with one?! Okay, so I own one. What? I like to read at night once everyone has gone to sleep. When I was much younger I had a night light and I would curl up in the floor to read by it. Yes I am a dork. Read The Full Story

Get your friends with the GotchaBox

, Mar 27th 2007 Discuss [0]

Do you enjoy the shock factor that comes with gifts? I generally like spending way more money than I have on people, just because they look so cute when they get excited. Every so often I throw in a prank gift just to spice things up too. Now there is the GotchaBox, so you can buy them that meaningful gift, but still have a little fun along the way. The Luxury Pod, no it’s not an iPod accessory

, Mar 27th 2007 Discuss [2]

I can’t decide if the Sleeping Pod reminds me more of the Jetsons or an over the top bachelor pad. Either way the thing looks super comfortable, then again that could be due to my lack of sleep lately. The Transport by Alberto Frias is designed with the idea of the human eye in mind. I’m not sure why he felt the need to create a bed inspired by your eyeball, but either way the product turned out great. Read The Full Story
