We all know by now that Microsoft is bringing out a 60GB version of the Xbox 360 Pro at the same price point as the 20GB model was sitting at. Sony has also decided to up the storage capacity on their “Core Pack,” bringing it to 80GB.

There’s no doubt that Grand Theft Auto IV is an awesome game. But unfortunately when you leave the house, there’s just no good way to take the fun with you. Now if only there were a portable GTA game that one could play on their DS. Well your wishes have come true, as Rockstar recently announced Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars for the Nintendo DS.

There are likely plenty of people out there asking why they should bother picking up Rock Band 2 since they already own the first one. Yes, there are some awesome new modes that should get you excited, including customizable set lists for nonstop rocking in Quickplay. Yes, the instruments will be getting tweaked, but two things should really pursuade you to dish out the extra cash. First is the full set list for the game (check it out after the jump) and second is the full set list from the first game. That’s right, not only will you be able to play all of your DLC, but most of your on-disc tracks will be available.

I’m starting to think that I’m the only gamer in the world that just doesn’t give a damn about having a cartoony representation of myself to screw with. I spent about 15 minutes making my Mii and haven’t touched it since, nor have I really cared to look at it any more than I have to. I guess I’d just rather play my game than play dress-up with a cartoon all day. On that note, Microsoft has introduced the inclusion of Miis into Xbox Live. No they’re not called Miis, but they might as well be.
I know exactly why console makers fight so hard to land exclusive titles on their products. Unfortunately, we as the consumers tend to lose out on a lot of great games if we choose not to fork out several hundreds of dollars buying every console on the market. I’ve been bummed that I can’t play any great Final Fantasy titles on my Xbox 360 since they’re all on the PS3. Well starting with Final Fantasy XIII, that’s going to change.

One of the things that I’ve been hoping to hear about at this year’s E3 is some info on a sequel to Portal. While we still don’t have any word on this, we have heard that there will be an expansion to the original game dubbed Portal: Still Alive.

Hold onto your hats folks, I’ve got some breaking news that’s going to blow you away. It seems that out of nowhere, Microsoft has decided to drop the price of the 20GB Xbox 360 Premium to $299. As an added shock, they have also announced that they will be releasing a 60GB console for $349.

As expected, new details are coming to light about Rock Band 2, thanks to a recent pre-E3 event. A few more of our pressing questions are answered, and 10 tracks are officially announced. Hit the jump for the track listing and other details.

More Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe screenshots are starting to make their way into the public eye. I’m still hesitant to say that I’m excited about this game, but it is growing on me.

I’m sure that there are a few of you out there that enjoy gaming on a Mac. Believe me, I’m one of them, though all I really run on my Hackentosh (yes, my Windows gaming rig also runs OSX) is WoW. Well if you’re a fan of Ubisoft titles, then you’ll be happy to hear that they’ve just struck a deal that will bring simultaneous releases for their titles on both Mac and PC platforms.
