Now it's R&D department is boasting of the fastest 5G speeds reached to date no just from a stationary test but also from a fast moving vehicle.

Bendgate straight up denied by Foxconn CEO

Foxconn CEO Terry Gou spoke up this week on a brief news interview in China, suggesting that "bendgate" was nothing more than a distorted view of reality. Created by competitors, he said, "don’t blindly listen to it." The news footage also had the Foxconn CEO asking "how can a phone bend?" - suggesting there’s no real way an iPhone 6 Plus could bend without significant force applied to it.

Galaxy Note 4 bend test disputes Samsung’s claims

You may have thought it was all over, but apparently it isn't. Perhaps as long as there are new phones coming out, there will be bend tests to be done. At least until people tire of hearing the same things over and over again. Unsurprisingly, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 isn't immune to such a trend and even Samsung itself succumbed to the fad. However, Unbox Therapy, who could be credited or blamed for spreading the #bendgate further, might have something to say about it.

Galaxy Note Edge available in Japan starting 23 October

Since it's a limited edition smartphone, the availability of the Galaxy Note Edge is always going to be something worth noting. Quite surprisingly it isn't its hometown of Korea or the main markets of the US and the UK that will be getting dibs on the eccentric smartphone. Instead Samsung has first launched its curved edge screen smartphone in the Japanese market, supposedly owing to the country's culture of embracing the latest, and sometimes the strangest, technologies, which is what the Galaxy Note Edge definitely is.

The world is full of smartphones, and while durable options exist, many find the good ol' flip phone to be a better option. Not all flip phones are durable, of course, but the Samsung Rugby 4 is, at least according to AT&T, which will be launching the phone soon and in preparation posted a slapdash "stress test" video. The push-to-talk phone will launch this coming Friday, October 10, bringing with it a construction that meets military standards, as well as things like an integrated compass and WiFi.

Samsung Gear VR price, date seen in leaked training doc

Samsung might be talking our ears off with Galaxy Note 4 ads and exaltations, but the rest of its IFA 2014 team isn't getting the same treatment. But thanks to this alleged internal document, we might now have an idea when and for how much Samsung will be selling the headset-slash-accessory.
