Rocket League comes to Xbox One this month

Rocket League comes to Xbox One this month

I've personally never been much of a fan of soccer, whether it's watching it on TV, or playing it in a video game. However, developer Psyonix realized that what the sport needed was a bunch of rocket-fueled cars to liven it up. The game has been limited to the PC and PS4, however, that will be changing very soon.

LEGO Star Wars The Force Awakens game re-imagines the movie as a comedy

LEGO Star Wars The Force Awakens game re-imagines the movie as a comedy

True to LEGO re-interpretive style, the next video game from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is a comedic take on Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The best way to make this clear is through a new take on the original teaser trailer for the film - you know the one. The one where Finn pops up in the desert to scare the pants off everyone watching. The one where you first saw BB-8 rolling. The one where you see Rey driving her popsicle speeder bike.

The Division Beta extended until Tuesday

After being waitlisted for a day, I spent a fair bit of time over the weekend playing The Division. I'm saving my judgment for the game until the full release, but it's safe to say that I enjoyed it enough to keep playing it for a while. If you've been sad that the beta ended last night, I've got some good news for you.

PS4 has outsold the Xbox One nearly 2 to 1

PS4 has outsold the Xbox One nearly 2 to 1

In the great Console Wars, there are really only two names that matter. Nintendo has always been an outlier, as they target different audiences, and rarely support the same games as the other two. Unfortunately, in this round, Microsoft has declined to decline releasing official sales numbers for the Xbox One, so it makes it harder to judge how each side is faring, in comparison to the other.

Dangerous Golf brings powerups and destruction to the game

Dangerous Golf brings powerups and destruction to the game

I have a strange relationship with golf. I've played a few games with friends over the years. It's enjoyable, but not something I go out of my way to do. Putt-putt, on the other hand, is something that I could do all day long. My relationship with video game versions of golf are similar. I can enjoy serious ones with friends, but give me something a little more silly, and I'll probably enjoy it a lot more. Which is exactly why I'm looking forward to Dangerous Golf.

‘Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime’ arrives on PS4 soon

The trippy game Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime will be arriving on the PlayStation 4 early next month, giving gamers on Sony’s console a chance to voyage into psychedelic battle.
