Borderlands 2 patch fixes rank resets on 360, new DLC confirmed

A while back, we heard about a pretty nasty Borderlands 2 bug that was resetting players' badass ranks and the stat boosts they had purchased with badass tokens. It was an issue that had a lot of players upset, but Xbox 360 players are finally receiving a fix in the latest Borderlands 2 update. The fix restores badass rank and will reissue the badass tokens you earned while exploring Pandora, letting you increase your stat bonuses back to where they were or go a completely different route this time around.

Skyrim Dragonborn DLC confirmed for PS3 and PC [UPDATE]

Earlier today, we told you about a ridiculous amount of leaked Dragonborn details, but now we're getting some news that is perhaps even bigger. Bethesda has confirmed Dragonborn for PC and PS3, saying that it'll be available on those platforms early next year. We don't have a specific release date to work with, but it stands to reason that Dragonborn will be available on PC and PS3 sometime in January, around a month after it launches on Xbox 360.

Today, Microsoft announced the Halo 4 War Games Map Pass, which is just the company's fancy name for those DLC season passes that seem to be so popular these days. By purchasing the Halo 4 War Games Map Pass, you save 15% on the cost of buying each of Halo 4's three map packs separately, so this is a good idea for those who already know they'll be buying all of the Halo 4 DLC 343 Industries and Microsoft put out.
