What T-mobile needs to do:

1) Spend MASSIVELY on their Network. expand coverage, 3G, 4G and have LTE in tons of cities when it is switched on.

2) Advertise their Value plans. SHOW that buying unlocked phones and then popping their sim for the Value plan is the way to go. (the Value plans are like the best priced plans out there. big time)

3) Start offering phones that are LTE capable, so when LTE comes, you already have a LTE phone.

What would be amazing is if they pushed for the "world" versions of the Galaxy S II, Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy Note, Lumia 610(?), 710, 800, 900, etc.....

Basically offer these in store, UNLOCKED, no T-mobile branding or software on these phones. This way they could focus MORE on their network and not the phones.
