It’s not just the HTC Hero that has been wowing us with its Android skills this week.  T-Mobile USA’s latest Android smartphone, the myTouch 3G (aka the US version of the HTC Magic) has arrived, and we’ve got the full unboxing from our sibling site Android Community.

Inside the box there’s a particularly nice carry-case for the myTouch 3G, complete with foam cut-out sections for all the accessories and a separate niche for the phone itself to sit in.  It certainly makes keeping all of your cables, charger and headsets more straightforward, though T-Mobile USA also provide a soft slip-case for the myTouch 3G itself since you won’t be able to squeeze the full case into your pocket.

As for the smartphone itself, there’s a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 3.2-megapixel camera with autofocus and Android OS 1.5 “Cupcake”.  There are many more photos of the myTouch 3G for T-Mobile in the full Android Community article, so head over there for all the details.
