T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide on sale today

Money burning a hole in your pocket and a big space in your heart where Android should be?  The T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide is available from today, in white, black or red, and each priced at $179.99 with a new, two-year agreement.  Curious as to whether the myTouch 3G Slide might be the QWERTY smartphone for you?  Check out the full review over at Android Community.

The T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide has a 3.4-inch HVGA touchscreen together with dualband 3G UMTS/HSPA, WiFi b/g, quadband GSM and Bluetooth.  As well as the hardware keyboard there's Swype pre-loaded, while a tap of the "Genius" button is all it takes to get your SMS messages read out or the phone to respond to voice commands.

In the box there's the phone itself, a charger and USB cable, together with a set of headphones and a microSD card.  All in all it's a decent mid-range device, though we wish it had come in a little cheaper.
