Back when T-Mobile's Samsung Galaxy 4G was their biggest phone they were pushing, I bought it. 7 months later, they pretty much said there would be no further updates to the OS. Same thing happened with my Blackberry a few years prior.

Each time, T-mobile promises updates are in progress and 'coming soon', months drag on, forum threads are buried or moved to places where they can't be seen, and nothing happens. Meanwhile, other phones on other carriers are getting these updates. It's beyond frustrating and I've lost faith in whatever claims they continue to make.
