T-Mobile GoSmart brings free mobile data for Facebook visits

Supposing you only ever use your smartphone for Facebook, you may want to have a peek at the delivery vehicle GoSmart Mobile has just unveiled on T-Mobile USA's home network. They've suggested that if you're all about working with Facebook, you deserve free internet. This plan will begin in January and will bring two kinds of Facebook access for all GoSmart users.

Users connected with GoSmart Mobile devices will be able to log-on from a browser or the Facebook application to the Facebook network without adding to their data cost. The same is true with Facebook Messenger. Supposing you use Facebook Messenger for all your communication needs and Facebook for all your photo and video sharing – and nothing else – you've got a big potential for no data cost at all.

Users will need to be hooked up with some sort of GoSmart plan or another to make this work – but again, they do not need to have an activated data plan to work with Facebook. Even if users work with the $25 per month Unlimited Talk plan or the $30 Unlimited Talk and Text plan, users will be able to roll with free Facebook all day long.

This plan works with a GoSmart Mobile SIM kit – which costs a cool $8 USD – this working with any GSM-compatible unlocked phone you've got in your possession. You can also purchase a phone straight through GoSmart to roll out – they've got just a few oddities at the moment including the Alcatel OT 838, the ZTE V768, and the Coolpad Flo.
