Excellent phone, when it doesn't crash or turn itself off. As far as the G2X disappearing off the market because of a shortage, TOTAL bunk. I spent hours on hold (for the 4th or 5th time) with TMobile Tech Support and Customer Service trying to get more information about when the firmware update is supposed to be released. They INSISTED that I needed a warranty exchange AGAIN (with the same software on a replacement phone I don't see how this will help). When I asked them how they were going to exchange the phone because their website shows it's "out of stock", I was told that the phone was pulled because of the software issues and not because of lack of product. Although, if they are sending out new phones to everyone who calls in with the software issue, I can clearly see how they will run out of inventory quickly.
