How sad!!! I live in Thornton,CO and was even thinking about applying there while I am unemployed!!! The life of a CSR Rep and to apply for TSR related job to take calls with low basic skills are only meant to last temporarily and save money as they are the lowest paid workers!!!

This is a strategic move
against the CWA. Call centers offshore were not affected at all. What T-Mobile
should have done is hire returning US veterans to fill these positions and take
the tax credits from both the Fed and States to compensate for the first year.
The last time I looked I really don’t see allot of people offshore using
T-Mobile services; I believe most customers are in the USA. Please T-Mobile
take a look at using Veterans for these jobs. It’s the moral thing to do.

I do not like to see people lose their jobs and with TMobile being the better customer service than the rest I hope this still high for their customer service.

TMobile build up your network and coverage and please customer friendly otherwise you will go by the roadside with the rest of them.

very sad. sorry for the CSRs losing their jobs. T-Mobile had the best customer service in the industry. wish they would have had the iPhone in US. would have stayed with them.
