Super Talent announced two new solid-state drive series today, the MasterDrive EX2 and the IX2, and upgrade kits for Dell Inspiron Mini 9 netbooks, making for a pretty productive day for the storage company.

The MasterDrive EX2 and IX2 SSDs really amp up the performance of the previous models. The EX2 has a read speed of up to 80MBps and a write speed of up to 40MBps. It is also available in four options including 16GB, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB models.

The MasterDrive IX2, on the other hand, is available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB models and has a read speed of up to 80MBps and a write speed of up to 60MBps. Also released today were upgrades for the Dell Inspiron Mini 9, including a Half Mini PCIe and a Double Wide Half Mini PCIe. Both have IDE/PATA and are completely compatible with the Mini 9 netbook from Dell. We don’t know pricing for these new products just yet, but we do know that it will all be on display at the 2009 Computex Taipei show on June 2nd.
