If super dense magma prevents volcanoes (and associated ejecta/ash/gas venting) on the moon, what is responsible for all those documented objects/flashes/clouds observed by astronomers viewing the lunar landscape?

The objects etc cannot ALL be "lens artifacts". In fact almost none (less than 10%) are.

What are those movements of objects and flashes of light which have been documented?

These events are DOCUMENTED.

What's going on up there?

The moon is covered with Titanium - Newt might be right about this. He is wrong about absolutely everything, except perhaps the idea that the moon is somewhere we should be. Wrong about the 51st state part. But we should take a few of the tiny New England states and lump them together and then bust California in half (maybe thirds) and do the same to Texas. The challenges that the huge states are immense - the idiocy of having a few city-states in the old part of the country is even more stupid.

If we ever want to get to Mars or beyond we could use some real experience on a planet besides Earth. The moon is right there, less than a quarter million miles away. Hell, most of the cars that I have owned have had enough mileage on them to have made it to the moon. We should build a ladder to heaven or dirt road to the moon or something. Alright, maybe we don't have the technology to do that yet. We can't even build decent roads here on Earth. I do believe I am off on another tangent.

It looks like the moon is dusted with a fine powder that is fairly high in titanium. Titanium - the best building material we have found. Already powdered, just separate it and harness some of that unfiltered solar goodness to melt it and you have a factory producing titanium i-beams on the moon.
Titanium i-beams that would be very useful for building structures on the moon and maybe even more so for building a series of Mars landers. If we could find a way to lower them to the Earth cheaply it could be a source of revenue for a lunar colony.

A melted material would separate out, with the heavier stuff remaining inside and the lighter stuff bubbling up. Epic Fail. Face the truth, scientists, the moon is heavier on the outside than on the inside because it is not a natural object.
