This isn’t an Impreza, it’s a new platform. All variants are supposedly going to be using a boxer four, with Subaru’s version supposedly cranking out 100hp more than the Toyota/Scion versions.

You realize that I am not talking about an Impreza and never mentioned that car nor said it was a product or sibling of Toyota? This is a concept car and with three versions of the same car under different brands it’s fairly obvious that it is a shared platform. Really bad comment.

Toyota owns 15% of Subaru and Subaru builds several models of Toyota for Toyota, however the Impreza is not a sibling of any Toyota. The reason for the horse power difference is totally different engines, Subaru uses a flat four, toyotas have an inline 4 of completely different design. Really bad post.
