		<description><![CDATA[Isn&#039;t this what DIGG is doing *today*?  They put up a bar that you can theoretically close, but I can&#039;t get the damn thing to go away.  And they don&#039;t put the target URL in the address bar, so it&#039;s very hard to capture it. ]]></description>
