They are a bit personal, for lack of better terms–for a tech blog. It’s just not appealing to me. It might to another audience, but I’m sure it’s not Slashgear’s main tech-savy audience.

I hope I didn’t come off rude or distasteful. I have great respect for the bloggers in this site. You guys are intelligent people.
