Can i still get screwed in that case?
I never really studied how it works exactly, i just use it for ebay/dealextreme/etsy, haven’t had trouble in 3 years, since i started using it. they are sometimes slow to process the payment (2 days or so in some cases).

If you are buyer who is ripped off, and also a pushover, you lose the protection case. If you are a seller who is ripped off, you are SCREWED. They hold your money randomly without legitimate reason. if they suspect fraud (which, is often) they will close your account and keep your money trapped.

Paypalsucks website check it out.
