"Samsung seems to be accusing a rival for nothing out of frustration..."

Wat? Really?

I'm not so sure you fully understand the market dynamics at play when it comes to display technology. Samsung invested a boatload of cash in 2011 just to ramp up production and meet demand for its AMOLED display panels. They're due to sell about 168 million panels in 2012 which is hardly "for nothing." Everyone wants AMOLED panels these days. You can go ahead and rant some fanboy crap about how you think IPS displays are "better" just because you like the iPhone--great. That's pretty irrelevant. Apple approached Samsung at least once about procuring AMOLED panels for its iPad in case you didn't know.
Try keeping up with news in the industry world, maybe even take a course on trade secrets before you decide to post other irrelevant crap.

Samsung seems to be accusing a rival for nothing out of frustration after some key researchers left and started working for it. I don't think the rival companies would be interested in amoled technology when they have better one. IPS display on mobils devices including iPhone is better than Amoled IMO.
