Yeah, unlike Microsoft&#039;s Windows Phone and Windows Embedded Compact 7.  I mean,  what&#039;s up with that?  While the 1st one is for specifically for smartphones, the second is for devices, which happens to include smartphones and pda&#039;s (nowadays pda=smartphone since they usually have wan capabilities anyway).]]></description>
