I was super excited to get this game, until I found it to cost $59.95 + the monthly fee. Not sure why they decided to charge console prices for a PC game, but they lost a sale to me until it drops in price.

LOL. A few of my friends were invited to the Beta (sadly I wasn’t among them), and they said it was awesome. I guess it ran well–even in Beta–that’s always a plus, since most MMO’s are riddled with bugs. I really don’t like that it’s necessary to both buy the game and subscribe. I’m of the opinion that consumers shouldn’t have to ‘buy’ MMO’s, aside from the monthly subscription.
