If you aren’t happy with those tiny USB drives that always seem to run away when you need them most, you might need a more bulky solution. That way you can spot it on your desk without having to strain your eyes too much. I assure you that although it is a little massive, it’s not heavy and won’t snap off in your computer or anything equally destructive.

The Han Solo trapped in carbonite USB drive is a tutorial found on Instructables, made by a guy with the id of Dudeguy_1234. That’s one creative name he’s come up with there. His USB is made using a action figure he snagged at the store.

He goes through a quick 5 step process to make the drive. Then tells you how to make a Han Solo icon pop up when you plug in the drive. Although once again it is an extremely bulky design, it does make the geek in me smile a bit.
