		<description><![CDATA[This is a GREAT design.  The only thing that would make the U.S. bitch and moan is the fact that morbidly obese people would be unable to get their asses up off the floor, and they would never be able to climb a ladder to a second level.  And being the fattest country in the world, I guess this plan would never work in the U.S. because as much as people would love it, there&#039;d be so many lawsuits from fat people either suing the airline for making them look dumb when they spent 20 minutes trying to stand up from the ground, or getting injured from falling down off of the second level when it buckled under their weight. ]]></description>
