The LG Lotus will be coming to Sprint very soon with one external difference: a textured red finish. It might not sound like much, but a new color option is often enough to sway a person’s decision from a type of phone on one carrier to another.

The Lotus is a flip phone and has a single click interface, providing shortcuts to frequently used applications. It also features a full QWERTY keyboard, a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth and Wireless Backup. The microSD memory slot makes adding up to 12GB of storage a snap and external music controls make enjoying your tunes a breeze.

Another cool feature is the fact that music playback can continue while you’re performing other functions like texting or browsing online. The LG Lotus on Sprint will be available starting on April 19 and should cost about $100 with a two-year contract, though an official price has not yet been announced.
