Sprint confirms Windows Phone plans with HTC Arrive Xbox tease

Sprint has all but confirmed that tomorrow's handset launch is a Windows Phone 7 device, with the carrier's latest tweet – "Wouldn't it be great to have your phone integrated with your home game console, like Xbox?" – highlighting one of Microsoft's platform's exclusive features. Sprint is expected to officially unveil the HTC Arrive, aka the HTC 7 Pro.

As we saw in our review of the HTC 7 Pro, it's one of the more successful Windows Phone devices around right now. The QWERTY keyboard is particularly good, and the build quality and camera are reassuringly strong as well. The Xbox integration Sprint mentions is Windows Phone 7's ability to pull in Xbox LIVE updates and statuses into the Gaming Hub on the smartphone.
