		<description><![CDATA[I totally disagree with the comment above. I&#039;ve shopped at Spigen before, and I had a different billing address from the shipping address just like marissadn. But, I contacted them and all orders were shipped perfectly. When my order was on hold, I felt more secured than annoyed because I realized how Spigen cares much about their customers with an excellent security system. Plus, I&#039;m gonna order this extended battery from Spigen! Brilliant!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Spigen has the worst customer service in ecommerce that I have encountered in years. They charged my cc, sent an email confirmation and
 a week later when my product had not shipped, I contacted them. 
Apparently my purchase was on hold because I chose the option to have it
 sent to an address other than my billing address. Because of this they 
marked it as fraud....It didn&#039;t stop them from charging my credit card. 
They asked me to send a photo of my card..ridiculous! They had already 
charged it, they just had not sent my product. Beware of these guys.
