		<description><![CDATA[Actually, early on, they said that it was NASA that wanted them delayed for this, but that changed. SpaceX has a long history of doing this. Do not get me wrong. I am a big supporter of SpaceX (in fact, private space). And support the fact that SpaceX does more to get the word out then any other space group/company out there (which is needed).
However, that does not mean that SpaceX does it 100% right. Whenever they have delays, they like to put all the blame on NASA or others. ]]></description>
