		<description><![CDATA[Not sure why this is such an accomplishment.  the entire space program has always been built by private companies under contract to Nasa.  The only thing different is the contracting entity is now a Private company. Whoop de do, maybe we can finally end the welfare program for scientists and engineers currently known as NASA, without it we would not have Tang, the pressurized ink cartridge, or other sophisticated technologies.]]></description>
