In other words, a content creator could sue a service like IGN for posting a review without paying royalties just because they used creator content in the reviews. Or sites that host reviews or satires of copyrighted content. Or people who post other people’s imagery and videos on tumblr or youtube, even if it’s clearly used for parody or review purposes only. It’s not just a software theft deal – it subverts several fair-use clauses.
