Nobody is suggesting that an employee has the right to waste company time on the Internet. But the employer shouldn’t have the right to fire an employee because HR 1981 public documents disclosed that he had a gambling addiction. It’s more like HR1984: BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU 24/7!

Obama’s health care reform. So, no, it isn’t illogical to suggest a law designed to prevent the passage of another law. There are plenty of them already on the books.
