Didn’t Obama lead everyone to think he was going to veto the NDAA? Imagine sneaking in the signing of this draconian bill on New Year’s Eve when most people were out celebrating.

It’ll be the same with the passing of PIPA and SOPA legislation.

Call Congress. Tell them dropping the SOPA is a good idea. Bending over to pick it back up is a bad one.

with the defunction of limewire…it is pretty near evident that online piracy has come to a standstill…unless you’re talking about the orient where it is rampant…one good thing about it though…is the fact that prices have seemed to come down a little for microsoft…who is no longer charging 579.99 for office full version, 369.99 for an upgrade…windows vista is still fairly expensive to purchase 129.99 to 179.99…i’ve decided to go back as much as i can to 2008 as far as technology is concerned…windows vista…etc… a big plus is apple allowing for redownloads of purchased materials with their acquisition and implementation of cloud…

Id like to see serious legislature on SPAM ! something we all hate. I remember one incident back in 2005 when I woke up one morning to over 1,500 emails !!! when on a normal day I usually get a couple of dozen. the email address I had (which was my own domain) was spammed so much I eventually had to stop using it.

Hollywood and sony should go after these internet providers that make money on data transfer use. making money on there data that under copyrights laws. (data plans and cap pricing )

I do find it odd that the article constantly references Darrell Issa, a Republican who firmly opposed SOPA, and yet the title mentions Obama. Huh? It sounds like, yes Obama did come out against it, but members of both parties–including guys like Issa–helped kill the current version of SOPA. Let’s try to portray this a little more honestly, shall we?
