It was release for the US only for now at 11am PST. Other regions will be roll out very soon.

Mine completed but has not yet installed. Appearantly, you need 50% battery time to launch update after restart.

Well my Tablet S claims to be up to date at v3.2.1 (r2). No tasty treat waiting for me it seems :-(
