The low-end cellphone market is getting better and better – in ye olde days you’d be lucky to get a greyscale four-line display and perhaps a choice of three ringtones, now there’re all kinds of coloured fascias, illuminated iconography and seven hour talk-time.  Sony Ericsson have always been associated with mid-to-high-expense and feature packed, but they’re heading low-end today with the Z310.  Resplendent with the shiny carapace of a glossy Egyptian beetle, this tri-band clamshell packs a VGA camera, Bluetooth and EDGE, as well as support for direct photo moblogging via MMS.
