It’s always nice when smartphones are spied in the wild ahead of their launch and before we really know much about them. It gives us a chance to decide if the device might be good for us or just another junk handset that we don’t want.

The latest smartphone to tip up early is the Sony Ericsson Faith. The handset has a QWERTY keyboard and runs Windows Mobile6.5.3. The device is made from recycled plastic and has no harmful chemicals used in the device making it a green handset.

The device also sports a 2.4-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 320 x 230. It supports quad band networks including GSM and UMTS/HSDPA. Other features include WiFi, Bluetooth, a microUSB port, a 3.2MP camera, 256MB of flash, and a microSD card slot. Pricing and availability are unknown.
