Sony Ericsson Equinox coming exclusively to T-Mobile October 28

Sony Ericsson and T-Mobile have teamed up to announce a new exclusive handset called the Equinox that will hit officially on the 28 of October. The device is a 3G clamshell phone with a cool design that offers "pulsating night effects" to allow users to tell when they get a call or text.

Night effects is a feature that allows you to give your five favorite people their own unique pulsating light effect when a call comes in. The custom light features come in amber, sapphire, beryl, diamond, and amethyst colors. Anyone know what a beryl is and what color that might be?

The camera is a 3.2MP unit with an app built-in that lets you shoot video and upload it directly to YouTube. Bluetooth is built-in and an FM tuner. Pricing is unknown at this time.
