Check out this new phone from Sony Ericsson, it’s a simple candy-bar form factor, but it has a 5MP camera and GPS and a nice display. The camera has a flash and auto-focus features, but sadly no optical zoom.

The GPS can be used for both navigation as well as geo-tagging, and they’ll probably integrate some other uses for it. The display has a QVGA resolution and 16 million colors, which mean it, should be good for both surfing and use with the camera.

The phone is set to be officially unveiled at the Mobile World Congress (formerly 3GSM), but until then we are left to speculate on names, availability, and price, in fact the 3 things that we normally have, are the 3 things we don’t, with the specs, the thing we usually want, being more or less freely available. Some name guesses are the K780i, K830i, and K870i, I am not that familiar with the Sony Ericsson naming scheme to make my own guess, but those three sound like good guesses.
