i must agree, simple fact is yes xbox live is a paid service and that shows by the service you get and the great uptime. i dont use xbox live for games just to download the odd demo always runs fast and in my 3 years of owning a xbox have not noticed xbox live being down.. you guys are so hung up on the fact that ps3 has a blu-ray drive BIG DEAL lol how many games on the ps3 use this capability prolly 10% if that also as i have owned a ps3 (old it on ebay cos of the blu-ray drive failing) i dont really see must difference in the gfx only a real NERD would notice the differencein lighting and shadows etc

Xbox is already ruled by the hackers. I have both systems and use both online.
Xbox online call of duty is ruled by aim-bot and no clipping hacks. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been killed by a kid across the map who is simply jumping about 100 feet in the air and firing a hand gun randomly and killing everyone. I have NEVER seen that on PS3. I also saw one guy with what looked like “death machine” guns for arms. XBox doesnt need to wait to be hacked. The modded consols running major cheat hacks are already there!
