Sony announced the latest addition to the their Memory Stick Pro-HG Duo HX line today with a 32GB version that’s bigger than everything that’s come before it. In fact, it’s twice as large as Sony’s previous model.

Intended for use with Sony HD camcorders and Alpha DSLRs, this memory card is useful for on-the-go storage in a compact form. It can hold 3.75 hours of HD video and has a 20MB/s read speed and a 15MB/s write speed.

The card falls right in line with Sony’s other Memory Stick HX offerings including 4GB, 8GB and 16GB versions. It comes with a USB adapter for ease of use and lessened battery drain on your camera. No release date or pricing has been announced yet.
