You get roughly a minute and a half before you start losing some of your hearing, but at 113 decibels, if you don’t wake up before a minute and a half, you must be deaf already or dead. You can set the volume, but it maxes out at 113 decibels.

There is also a thing to vibrate the bed, I would assume you’d place the item beneath the mattress. Hopefully, for your neighbors sake, you can use that combination and wake up with a lower volume setting than 113 decibels.

So, if you have a hard time waking up, this thing should have you covered. It will cost you about $54.

One Response to “Sonic Bomb Alarm Clock will make you go deaf”

A *VERY* quick googling of the company ‘Sonic Alert’ might have informed you that they are well known for making alarm clocks designed specifically for the deaf. This is no exception. So when you say ‘you must be deaf already’… that *IS* the market. Many deaf people have alarm clocks from Sonic Alert. The vibrating ‘thing’ is also quite commonly used by the deaf, and should be a dead giveaway.
