There are a lot of games that I am excited about this year. One of which is Soul Calibur IV. Not only have the first three games rocked enough to keep me wanting to play a sequel, but the inclusion of Darth Vader and Yoda as playable fighters is just awesome. Here’s a peek at the box art for the 360 and PS3 versions.

Soul Calibur Box Art

If you didn’t know, Namco has decided to add two of the coolest characters from the Star Wars universe to the game. Unfortunately, the characters are exclusive to one console. The PS3 will get Vader while the Xbox 360 will have Yoda.

I’m still a little disheartened that I won’t be able to play as both characters, but I’ll be happy just kicking ass with Yoda on my 360 come June 30th.

I’m pretty sure they’ll all be available for all consoles as DLC months after the release - Whether they’ll be free or not, thats another story ;)
Can’t wait for this game! It’s been too long.
