An online media sharing web 2.0 site went HD today with announcement to support 720p HD video and increased images size for power and pro users. For as little as $40 per year to $139, SmugMug subscribers can upload QuckTime ready video up to 1280×720 and native resolution playback. Video will convert to H264 format which works on most consumer media devices such as iPods, iPhones, Xbox 360, AppleTV and PlayStations. The updates also address a better dynamic resize interface and Podcasting cataloged video via RSS-feed.
