Love it, I have a carbon fibre helmet I wear on my V-rod Harley Davidson and the case matches perfectly. Many people ask me where I got the helmet from. They love it. I believe these cases are wonderful.

Because sjobs@apple.com did not read/reply to my email about using carbon fiber casing to make iPad as light as a Kindle. Maybe it took Steve few weeks to get used to iPad keyboard just like it did for me before he started replying to emails from these other guys. So I guess i’ll have to do with carbon fiber skin until Apple comes out with iPad HD with carbon fiber body.

I need the Slashgear Stealth Kit because I am a Ninja. You have no idea how risky it is to look at your Ipad while waiting upside down in the rafters waiting for your prey. I’m always so scared I’ll drop it or accidentally scratch it with my ninja shruikens of doom. But with this case I won’t need to worry about it anymore!

My reasons are twofold, but both involve the women in my life.

First is my daughter who is about to turn two years old and has “become death destroyer of worlds.” Given the slightest chance she will drop or hurl any gadget of mine that she comes across. Thus far the iPad has eluded her; but time is on her side.

Second is my wife who would not actively seek to harm my precious new toy, but she radiates an anti-technology field which is known to burn hard drives, mother boards, and screens at a thousand paces. It’s as if she is the gadget world’s Medusa and upon her baleful gaze striking them they turn immediately to stone.

So these lovely ladies are the Scylla and Charybdis of my iPad’s day to day life. Only with the aid of the Slashgear StealthArmor case will it possibly be able to pass through unscathed.

okay so the reason i truly want to win this is because i think that these protective skins are all sick and are diffinatly something that is gunna keep my i pad working and undamaged for much longer than usual. second, i would love to win this prize because ive been quite broke lately and havnt been able to afford an ipod touch let alone one of these, and i think that it would be just incredible if i was lucky enough to receive this. Everything I use is carbon – bikes, cars, snowboards… everything. Pool cue too.

I would love one of these for my ipad because my current case does not protect the front and I think I might be borderline OCD and seeing all the fingerprints on the screen drives me to goosebumps. I have to wipe it down any time I have it off and can see all the smudges. I also would love a thinner protector. My current case has 2 huge ridges in the back and adds alot of bulk to the back. Their appearances are pretty cool too :) My ipad would thank me for this. Thanks!

Admittedly, I’m a lemming, but I want to stand out in a crowd. To do this, I need to become an uber-lemming. Do I put the iPad in a case? NO! How will people know I am an uber-lemming if they can’t see the iPad in all it’s magical glory?!?!? No, to truly be an uber-lemming, I must peacock and show off the iPad like it was meant to be, not shoved in to a neoprene sleeve which is the technological equivalent to spandex and don’t get me started on those half cases that adds bulk to the iPad like one of those sumo wrestler suits you see occasionally on poorly dubbed Japanese gameshows. You know you’ve seen it. Admit it. It’s the first step. But it’s not a problem *twitch* Just say no to silicone augmentation.

No. What I need is StealthArmor.

For my purposes, the brushed aluminum StealthArmor is counterproductive. I mean, really, it’s an aluminum backed iPad. Look at the brown lemming, no, not that brown lemming, the other brown lemming. The BROWN one! Can’t you see? It’s a slightly different shade. Hold it up to the light, you’ll see…

I don’t want the matteblack one because God forbid I ever put this facedown on a black inkblotter I won’t find it for days. I maybe I can set calendar appointment and hope the reminder can help me pinpoint the location. To be safe, I should set up 15 one minute meeting so I have a chance to play the hotter/colder game.

The same principle goes for the woodgrain StealthArmor and wooden surfaces. Besides, nothing screams technological wonder like woodgrain. Glass and steel towers are so yesterday. We’re building Lincoln Log style!

For the uber-lemming, true peacock status requires the carbon fiber StealthArmor for the iPad. That helps put a masculine edge on a product called the iPad. If this pad had wings, it’d be made of carbon fiber, baby!

when i am out and about i like stopping by 3324 Outer Kerner Way. having a drink or two with friends and listening to the band, Figrin D’an and the Modal Nodes. it is a bit of a rough joint and finding a transport home can be a bit deadly. so a protective cover for my new ipad would make a lot of sense.

I guess some of the Transportation Security Administration Agents in New York’s LGA didn’t get the memo informing officers about how friendly the iPad is… or perhaps the kewl factor is at work.

As an “Up-in-the-Air” member, flying over 100 flights per year, those plastic security bins can be brutal on theWünder-pad… the StealthArmor case would offer additional protection (and style) from all those who would claim it “requires additional screening” – as of this morning at LGA “excuse me sir, how do you like your iPad?”

As with pretty much everything I like good design that’s functional, things that are different and just look Freaking Swwwwweet! So with my Stealth case I know I’ll make people do the triple or even quadruple take when they see the tablet + the finish.

*(And if i can customize it further there might be some extra special eyebrow raising messaging that makes the situation even sweeter)

Form and function, that’s what I am all about although you would never know it by looking at me. You see, I still believe in electronics that use the vacuum tubes, analog dials and antennae.

I believe in shirts with two pockets in front and notches in the sleeves, I like Billy The KId blue jeans with re-inforced knees and black high top tennis shoes.

However, I believe that my iPad should as cool as cool can be and what is cooler than Stealth Armor? Nothing, so I gotta have it.

StealthArmor – Continued Happiness, Bliss maybe even WORLD PEACE

With my iPad safe and protected I don’t have to experience the wife units wrath of how I damaged my very expensive “iPod Touch” which would result in hearing the cries of the little children because they can nolonger play their games or read their books because mean old daddy took it away because he was worried it would get damaged and have to go through the before mentioned wife unit incident. If the little children can’t play, learn, and have fun they won’t have a happy childhood and will grow up sad and mean ultimately effecting world peace as the children are our future.

So StealthArmor for me would equal happiness for me and my family and possibly world peace in the years to come.

Because iPads are so expensive, if I brought an iPad then I wouldn’t have any money left to buy any protection for it.

I have ADD or attention deficit disorder. I am known for forgetting the simple things from car keys to my reading glasses and since purchasing my iPad, it has been an added struggle to alway put it in an appropriate protective bag. Well, it didnt make me feel good when I was late and grabbed a paper bag, dropped my sandwich and iPad in it. Yes, everyone made fun of me when I pulled out my iPad in every class from my paper bag. So now I have a sort of reputation for being so frugal that I couldn’t even get a proper case. I saw your giveaway and thought I had nothing to lose but to take a chance for your prize. I would like to win and have people say “that’s the guy who used to have a paper bag for his iPad but look at how cool his new case is now”.

Well first of all I consider myself the modern type of high-school student who’s constantly dependent on internet, searching for information for school projects, quick e-mailing taking notes, appointments and some YouTube.
It would be specifically handy to me due to the fact that do 3D modeling at home and wish to show pictures of them to some teachers or other people who can help me perfect them. I currently own a smart-phone with a bloody puny screen and the iPad’s far larger screen would be a real relief on displaying my pictures.

Secondly, I do a whole lot of e-book reading, mostly tutorial books and what I like the most is that I can read or do whatever possible on the iPad and at the same time on the same device share something directly through internet without having to go on a full-sized laptop or desktop.

I’m obsessed with technology and I try to keep up with it literately everyday through SlashGear (honestly), but my desktop’s start-up time severely weakens my faith on that one. So, the iPad is THE thing to have.

I like my gadgets having some “flare” to them. Makes it less likely to blend into the crowd and, oddly enouhg, makes it just a littler harder for people to figure out what type of gadget it is . And I’ve loved the Slashgear design for this skine since i’ve layed eyes on it. It rocks a phat jam :-)

I think with StealthArmor applied to my iPad, it would give some feeling of uniqueness as well as added protection from scratches, wear and tear. It looks pretty good and would probably be confortable to hold. Best thing is that you can customize it to suit your tastes. Hope to win & check it out myself.

Yum! (if that counts as a comment :p) Ok I might need this for my “future” iPad since I always ill-treat my gadgets and techy stuff (my MBP already has at least 4 viewable scratches on the bottom and it was too late when I got myself a macally case for it).
