SlashGear Morning Wrap-Up: May 29, 2012

This morning we're seeing the iPhone 5 rumors pour in once more, this right on top of our confirmation that we'll be live from WWDC in just a short bit! Check out the Apple WWDC 2012 June 11 invitation and get your typing fingers out – we'll be liveblogging the whole event! It's very possible that we'll be seeing a brand new map app from Apple as well as a whole new smartphone – though the latter might not be as likely. There's also a possibility that this event will bring on a brand new MacBook Pro 2012 edition as has been teased for weeks.

In space news, there's a bit of a space rock that's just passed the Earth – not too friendly! The limited edition Dark Knight Lumia 900s will be in the UK soon, but the Samsung Galaxy S III in Pebble Blue definitely will not. Scalado have released a brand new PhotoBeamer application for your iPhone.

Ubi Interactive works to turn any surface into a touchscreen with Kinect. That iPad prototype you saw yesterday on eBay sold for a grand total of $10,200 USD and will likely soon be the subject of an all-out Apple investigation. Sony will be rolling out Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for all of its 2011 phones – with one exception – and there was much rejoicing.
