We're going to start this morning off with a look at what we did last night, in the form of a WAR between three iPad 2 accessories: stand, keyboard, and case. Next of course we've got to hit up the Samsung sales call and the fact that Twitter is now censoring while Steam goes mobile. This morning then we started off on a bit of a sad note with the death of B9 Robot from Lost in Space.
We reviewed the fabulous V-MODA Limited Edition Crossfade LP2 headphones. Nintendo promised no less than a Splashy launch for Wii U and there's been a tip that the name might change. Apple CEO Tim Cook lashed out at offensive factory claims. The HP tablet known as TouchPad is up for sale again at Woot. The newest version of HTC Sense for Android has been previewed before Mobile World Congress. The telescope known as Kepler has found 11 new planetary systems, one with five planets. As congress demands answers on privacy, Google fires back. Meanwhile Google Earth 6.2 does away with all the seams, smoothing out the world for all.
Ex-Palm CEO works with HP no more as of today, this being no more than a week after webOS has been pushed into open-source. The CEO of RIM blasted the Android ecosystem as "all the same" believe it or not, while Apple steals the smartphone crown in the fourth quarter of 2011. Finally we get a close-up set of encounters with Qualcomm's AllJoyn technology, a peer-to-peer environment you're going to love the heck out of.
