SlashGear Evening Wrap-Up: February 23, 2012

Happy Thursday everyone. The week's almost over, and we know what that means – Mobile World Congress is almost here. In our growing list of stories about what to expect about next week's big mobile trade show, we add news of Samsung teasing Exynos quadcore mobile chips and even found an entire MWC catalog from LG, showing off everything the company plans to display at the event. And of course it's always a touchy subject, so the Obama administration has issued a consumer privacy bill of rights. At the forefront of the privacy debate is Google, which also made news today by adding Google Circles to Google Voice. Also speaking of Google, the company took over Motorola Mobility last year, and is now reportedly mulling a Motorola CEO switch. Google wants this partnership to revolutionize Android and the mobile industry as a whole, so the question is whether or not the current Motorola CEO can make that happen. Well, that's all for today.
