Skillz: The DJ Game spins onto iPad

If you are an iPad gamer that likes to spend time with music and rhythm games a new offering has landed you might want to check out called Skillz: The DJ Game. The game is in the App Store for the iPad right now and the full version of the game has five venues, six DJs and a 25 song library to play. There is also a lite version of the game offered for free with "several" songs in the pack.

The full version of the game is $5.99. The tracks in the game pack include popular tracks from Kid Cudi vs. Crookers, People Under the Stairs and Diplo, and there are several others. There will be more tracks offered for the game as downloads in the future. The game is also being planned for release on Android and the PC as well.

The game doesn't need any accessories to play. All the play is done using the touchscreen. It appears you have to move the little slider at some points as well as hit notes and other stuff much like you do in Rock Band. This might be a fun game. If you try it out let us know how the game play is.
